Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition (unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).
Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom products, or sale items, are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.
Steps to Return an Item:
Log in to Your Account:
If you have an account, log in to start the return process. For guest users, please visit the [Order Tracking] page to find your order.
Request a Return:
Go to the Order History section and select the item(s) you want to return. Click "Request a Return" and provide a reason for the return.
Print Your Return Label:
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to the package.
Ship Your Item:
Drop the package off at the nearest carrier location or schedule a pickup. Make sure to retain proof of shipment for tracking purposes.
Refunds
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Exchanges:
