Product Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, we’re here to help. Below are the steps and conditions for product exchanges.


Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Products must be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Eligible Products: Exchanges are only valid for the same product in a different sizecolor, or variant. Custom-made products, perishable goods, and sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a free exchange. Please contact our support team immediately.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log In to Your Account:
    If you have an account, log in and go to the Order History section. If you ordered as a guest, visit the [Order Tracking] page.

  2. Select Item for Exchange:
    Locate the item you want to exchange and click the "Request an Exchange" button. Choose the reason for the exchange (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.).

  3. Choose New Variant:
    Select the new size, color, or other available options for the product you want to receive in exchange.

  4. Print Your Exchange Label:
    After your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive an exchange shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to the package.

  5. Ship the Original Item:
    Return the original item by dropping it off at a designated carrier location or scheduling a pickup.


Processing Time

  • Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the original item has been received and approved.

  • You will receive a new tracking number for your exchanged item via email once it’s on its way.


Non-Exchangable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
